whatever you do, DO NOT MOVE to MAllard cve. The management is rude and it takes forever to get anything done-if it gets done at all. I lived there for a year and the entire year I had a broken dishwasher. Everytime maintenance came, they said it was fine. There were giant cockroaches/waterbugs on a regular basis and the complex as a whole was a disgusting disappointment. I would NEVER recommend that place to anyone. If you decide to move here, do so at your own risk.
