To all that read this do not Move Here!!! I have only been living here for about 6 months, not to mention that it is my first apartment!!! After a month of living here my air conditioning broke, yeah here in Florida wit no air conditioning, I called numerious of times to let them know that the ac wasn't working after about 2weeks of consist calling the finally gave me a window ac unit. My familiy and I all were confined to one bed room in a 2 bed room apartment. After a month of calling every other day, they finally sent someone to fix my ac. After about 1 month it broke again!!! And still waiting for someone to come to fix the problem!!! Now there is a leak in the apartment and growing MOLD ON THE WALLS!!!! And still now one will help!!! Please take my adivse do not move here!!!! The managment team if that is what they call themselfs sucks!! They are very unorganzied and rude they think that the people that rent from them are dumb (which those who do live here and like it are) and tell lies to get people out of there leasing office!!!!
