Mallard Cove at Conway

I had a roommate move out, and had to find a place kind of fast, so this is where I ended up. I've been here for a while now and it's about what you'd expect. I have to agree about the maintenance, unless you have a lot of time to hound them, you're on your own. I've had a lot of roach problems too, they did spray when I asked, but it didn't really help, so at this point I just don't eat at home much (there goes the rent savings lol). The apartments themselves are nice and large for the price. I've never noticed a noise issue here or a lot of parties. Other than the laundry rooms the amenities aren't really what they say they are when you move in, at least one pool is always closed, the clubhouse is barely ever open, the fitness room isn't really even worth the bother. It'd be kind of nice if they just got rid of the stuff and focused on fixing the apartments. They do let you work on your car here, which is pretty rare. I wouldn't say the place is unsafe, just kind of gritty. You're more likely to see somebody walking a pit bull than feeding ducks by the lake. Since my contract got renewed at work, I'll probably look for someplace a little better when this lease is up, but it's not that bad for what you pay, it's just not that nice either. Well good luck everybody, I hope this helps a little with all the stress of trying to find a decent apartment with limited money and time.
