Mallard Cove at Conway
Resident · 2007 - 2010
Mallard Cove was in foreclosure when I moved in. No one shared that with the tenants prior to moving in. When I moved in, I explained to them about the things that needed repairing. I constantly wrote them letters and notiflied them. Tolets was inadequate, not sealed to the floor in both bathrooms. Borders around the bathroom floor was not done properly, not glued to the wall. Carpet not tacked down properly, when you walk on the carpet, your foot would get stuck by a tack under the carpet. The sinks cabinet had no bottom board, you could see up under the cabinet. In the kitchen their was mold and mildew underneath the sink. I complained for them to replace the sink. The dishwasher door fell off and they never replaced the dishwasher. Kitchen draweres was falling apart and no one fixed them. I have had enough. There was a leak in the ceiling in both bathroom. I told them over two year about this. They told me there was a leak in the above apartment bathroom. They shut off the water upstairs. Eventually it bubbled and broke, falling down on me. Yes, I am taking them to court with documents and pictures. They will not repair anything. They paint over repairs. Mallard Cove was bought in October. Still the same apartment complex with serious issues. It is now known as the Parks of Cambridge. Office personnel is unprofessional, no respect for tenents and they bully and threaten you. The owners has no idea that they are doing this or running their business in this manor. I will personally sue them for the treats they made toward me and mine. You can't do that in business. They have no idea how to run a business. They are going to bring more lawsuits to the new owners of the complex. I'm not going to stay much longer. After the holiday's, I'm moving from here. A copy of the threat and letters I have written will be Certified Mailed to the new owners. So please avoid renting from them or be very cautious when you make a decision to rent from them. I became ill at the expense of the Parks of Cambridge. Heed the reviews, what they are saying is true.
