Not worth the price
I have been living at Maxwell for almost two years. It was a good place to go to get off of the street, because you don't have to have two times the rent to move in, but they fall short in so many other areas. The management time has changed over at least two times. The manager now does not know how to talk to people with respect. Repairs are not getting done. My bottom lock on my front door has been broken, since I've moved in, and it has not been fixed yet. I've needed new batteries for my smoke alarm, and I have yet to see them. They have been having major trouble with the toilet system to where the system has been down for days and overflowing into the back parking lot. Garbage has been overflowing in the trash beens to the point that people just sit there garbage on the side of the recepticle. You get no mail service on Saturdays, and the management team closes the office when they feel like it. When the maintence men clean out an apartment they just throw furniture from upstairs down in the lawn below, and leaves it there. I have had pipes leaking in my bathroom, and it took them three to four months to fix it. Now I have a leak around my front window, which sends a good amount of water into the apartment durning heavy rains. I've spoken to the maintence men twice now, and no one has gotten back to me. My husband and I both work, and pay $460 a month for all of these problems. It's just not worth the money or time.Share This Review
