*it's still relatively inexpensive when you compare the rent to other apartment in the vicinity oh but good luck finding any because they've all gone condo.

*great location. it's kind of annoying at first but it kinda grows on you- you can literally walk downstairs and get an idea of what traffic is going to be like before you leave for work or whatever because the complex butts up against the turnpike. so that's kinda nice, plus the publix is RIGHT THERE. you could totally rollerblade over there if you're into that sort of thing. I4 is 10 min TOPS away either way you go (conroy or kirkman). anyway, it's closer to everything important.

*nice staff. i think the one time i got agitated is when it took forever to get my ac fixed but when i realized that they had like one fix-it guy, i was sweaty, but empathetic. they brought us a fan to hold us over while we waited on a new unit and gave us a rent credit for our electricity which went up. they're not perfect, but they do the best they can to make things right.

*NOW WITH LESS BUGS! i've read some complaints about bugs (palmettos, spiders, etc) but i live on the opposite side as that swampy area, plus they cleared out the adjacent lot so there should be less creatures and the mosquitoes won't be so bad this year i'm willing to bet. i had sugar ants once but they sprayed and haven't been back. that's the most i've encountered bug-wise in my place except an occasional random lizard, but let's face it, those are fun.
