At the very first, things was bat too bad, but right now they change management and maintenance services everything is upside down. Maintenance service is very bad as for as management I don't not advice no one to move in right now.

The community overall is very lovely and clean; very quiet and the staff here is very welcoming and friendly; best apartment complex I've resided at since moving out on my own in 2015. I would definitely recommend Parke East Apartments to a friend.

Way too expensive for the quality and living conditions. Usually dirty and full of pet waste. Not a very organized community. Maintenance is not the best, with old equipment being maintained instead of replaced.

At first it was horrible with constant leaks and insect problems. Its been much better since we moved apartment, however its horrible having an apartment near the pool with the non stop pool parties with blaring music.

Moving here in 2017 after a break up, I was in a bad spot. Yvette gave me the tour and her friendliness and attentiveness, I signed. Everyone has been great. Cleaning house of a lot residents is needed.
