Terrible infrastructure. I can hear my upstairs neighbors every move. We have made noise complaints and I have talked to the person upstairs and it is STILL paper thin. I renewed my lease after the first year and the leasing office never updated our amenity keys, so we haven't been able to use the pool or gym. During community events the resident parking lots are always ridiculously full... to the point where I don't even have a parking spot in my designated lot and I have to go and find somewhere else to park. The AC in my apartment has broken numerous times. It was only recently that they finally replaced a key part in the AC unit. It only took the supervisor over a year to approve it.
