The Management team needs to walk through the apartment complex. I see many things that need to be addressed. On occasion certain things will not be fixed until I submit a work order. An example is an alarm was going off in one of the apartment for weeks. I notified management and they took no action until I submitted a work order.

I would like to see more daily or weekly walk throughs of the management through the buildings to determine the state of condition. There have been several instances where hallways are dirty(leaking garbage) and debris.
