If you love roaches this is the place. stayed 2008-2009. We are clean ppl that take out our trash everyday, kept lid tight on trash. Vacuum and mop regularly. Always have food put away. Roaches when we got here, roaches when we left. Complained weekly for a year. pest company comes & does their jazz for 5 minutes with maybe boric acid or baking soda. Management does not care. Their response is to dry out your sink after using it because the roaches are looking for water. Really ? The upside. Pretty flowers. The grounds were clean in 2008-2009. Parking Terrible. The camdens outside of Orlando, in other towns are VERY nice. In tampa & miami, they are different. The camden Brandon,FL(tampa) looks like older buildings, but with pretty flowers & ---NO bugs --!!!!!! Stayed there in Brandon 8 months 2009-2010.
