River Park was my first apartment that wasn't considered student housing. Previously lived at River Wind and that was a nightmare.
First off, this apartment complex was everything I had hoped for. Quiet area, close enough to UCF to be far from the traffic, large bedrooms, and great maintenance.
I've lived here for two years and now going on a third year. Parking can be difficult depending on what building you are living in. (Especially when visitors park in the non-vistor parking.)
Front office staff can be difficult to work with sometimes but if you talk to them and try and get an issue resolved it usually isn't that hard.
Maintenance is wonderful here. You will never have an issue with waiting on a request for more that two days. Our A/C broke our first summer here and they had it fixed within two days. Clogged shower, fixed it in one day. They are super fast and really friendly. Definitely make up for any office staff that don't make you feel good.
Lets talk about the apartment! This place is so homie. The kitchen is kinda small but if you are a college student and don't cook that often or just mainly use a microwave then it isn't that bad. Bedrooms are a really nice sizes and everything is cleaned and updated. They clean the carpet every summer, comes with the rent, so they are really nice. For what you are paying for you will definitely get your monies worth.
