Well i lived here for a year jan. 2010-feb. 20ll, and we never had any problems. its pretty quiet out there and never really had problems with anything breaking down. The only thing i didnt like about it was the fact that the residents dont seem too friendly and our neighbors were stealing our cable. But other than that it's an okay place to live at. Oh yeah they do have a roach infestation, but pest control does come out there to spray, so the roaches were not that bad!! :)
