Everything perfect, the gym open 24 hours, the garage where my car stay protected from the sun and rain, the valley trash schedule don't fail. Just the main gate that remains open all day long, probably it'll be fixed soon.

Clean well appointed apartments that have a good layout. Community is quiet and respectful of each other. The businesses on lower level what really set this place apart. Its nice when I need some milk I can just go downstairs to Walgreens

I have lived at The District for 8 years and have really enjoyed my experience. Many improvements have been made over the years and there is potential for even more! The staff is INCREDIBLE and so warm and welcoming!

Lovely pool area, nice sized apartments. The elevator works well, the lockers are effective. It is wonderful to have Walgreens close at hand. The area has no green space or outdoor areas it walk or ride a bike.

Abbie was very nice welcoming us to the community. The move in time line was easy and comfortable. The location is great and so are the amenities. The maintenance guys are great and served us on time . Over all we have great experience here

Great community to live. Great location. Staff handles issues effectively. Very quiet and private. Premises are beautiful although need more maintenance. Have lived here happily for six years and counting.
