At first I was impressed with the upgrades in the unit I chose to rent. Then after living here for a couple months, I realized that it was all done cheaply. The tiled backsplash - nice upgrade, but done poorly. The marble countertop - nice upgrade again, but nobody bothered to screw the dishwasher into it and it likes to topple over.
Beware of living on any main street. I chose a unit in the first building through the gates and the traffic is so annoying. Then the last straw, they installed a speed bump outside my frickin window. So now if I want to sleep with the windows open, the thump-thump starts around 6am. I could go on and on about the speed bumps.
I dont mind the neighborhood or my neighbors. You cant beat the location if you take 95 south to work! And there is tons to do nearby. My advice would be to try to find a building tucked in a corner, off a main street, and dont be impressed with any 'upgrades' you see.
