Decent location and ok mix of neighbors some older some younger but not much upkeep with shared services. Racquetball court has been closed for about 6 months now with no eta of reopening. Contacted HOA and they're suing the contractors who built or installed the HVAC evidently (which I believe as condos are pretty cheaply made overall, counters actually stain if you don't clean something up immediately and original fixtures are low grade), also issues with the roof because of this so they've had to come into our unit 6 times in the past year to access the attic, leaving us to clean the insulation when they leave. Also in gym roof leaks in different areas, apparently not fixed again because of their litigation, but machines have been out of service for 3 months so can't blame the contractor for that, all this and the place was only built around 10 years ago. All in all it's livable but know what you're getting into, being on your own after moving in as they will attempt to fine you for whatever they can, if your neighbor has garbage out to pick up they may try to nail you because they don't know whose it is. A lot of nitpicking to get more money from residents, but no representation for them or work to use the HOA fees and fines to improve things.
