18 units are only what Frenchman's Cove is looking at. There might be other companies interested in purchasing at San Matera for "employee sponsored housing." According to this article: http://www.palmbeachpost.com/search/content/local_news/epap most of the workers sharing these apartments will be earning 25k a year or less and are temporary "foreign national" workers.<br><br><br><br>I wonder what this will do for property values in this community. San Matera still hasn't sold out and I'm sure they're eager to do business. Thoughts?
