I just stumble across this website while Googling my new apartment. I am relocating due to my job, but have lived at Union Square for 3 years. I could not believe the things that I saw posted on this blog. I have never had a problem at all and wished I did not have to move--but the economy is dicating where I have to be. I have always found the staff to be pleasant, and the maintenance men that have come to my apartment over the years have been the same. My apartment is by far, the nicest apartment I have lived in. I rented a house a few years back, only to discover that my Landlord was not paying his mortgage, but quick to cash my checks. I moved into Union Square from there and the apartment was bigger and much nicer than the house I rented. I would suggest to anyone reading this blog board to visit the leasing center first before making your decision based on what a few "sour grapes" might have posted on this blog, in all fairness. The only problem I had at times, was parking as I lived by the soccer and baseball fields located across the street--by the PBPD. On weekends the parking could be tight due to all the games.
