Take community is simply outdated. It looks as if it was built way back in 1999 period of the landscaping looks great the outdoors looks great the apartments are old in antiquated. The appliances are old school kitchens are to small. Kitchen ariette to smalle embarrassing no counter space to prepare great meals if you have visitors. The refrigerator the stall appears to be Built-in 1990. Let's talk about the gate the gate for entrance is disgusting ------ fabulous ! It appears you keep the grounds looking nice because you're entering innisbrook where the golf tournament text fights so walking from the outside it looks great on the inside it's old and antiquated. We pay too much to have a bar as our gate protection it needs to be a full steel opening upon entrance. I see all kinds of people walking around and I don't feel protected.. The money I pay should protect me and I feel as if I'm living in the ------ and I am an African American female and I have every right to state that

At first the bugs in Apartment was horrible. Im hoping this year it will be more contain. I
I felt the rent increase was high and when I called with the concern, without hesitation the office rep in a harsh stance told me that I have time to not renew. Zero compassion or understanding! Many of the office reps are beyond nice. Zero customer service delivered at the time of my concern.
New gate and valet trash pickup is needed. Often it looks like low income housing when dumpsters are overflowed and gate bar consistently broken!
