Providence at Palm Harbor

I currently reside @ Providence. You can't beat the price, even with the current rate hike of $50. The buildings are wood frame and @ least 10-12 years old, so expect mold & mildrew...Leasing staff could use improvment, not the most personable. I'm not a complainer like most of my neighbors, but on several occassions have contacted the leasing staff concerning maintainence issues, response was very slow. I hope to see some improvement with Johns return. Inside the apartments are pretty ragged out....kitchen cabinets are falling apart, closet doors are outdated, rusted and full of dents, sliding glass doors don't lock or fall off track regularly & porches are supported by rotten beams and leaky roofs...window screens don't fit & are full of holes, water bills are not metered and very high, as well as electric bills due to very little insulation...I've lived in other units with 2 floors and the noisy that you have to put up with from the upper level sounds as though they're gonna fall through the floor any second...
