This apartment is very convenient to shopping and grocery stores. Great elementary school district but not middle or high school. Amemities are basic and not fancy but available. Great neighborhoods to the east to walk in.

Quiet neighborhood. Easy automatic payments on monthly rent and including water. Very clean inside the apartment and stairs. Outside - leaves are left piled up in front soil area for it to rot (maybe to fertilize soil). Peaceful, decent, and friendly community. Overall grade A+. See More

Move in process was simple. Apartment was in great condition. Staff is friendly and quick to help. Maintenance issues are handled quickly. Pool, gym and laundry are clean and very well maintained. Great place to live all the way around.
