My fiance and I were moving from a very rough situation, Post-hurricane Michael. We spent months and months trying to find a place for ourselves and our two dogs. We were caught with several unforseen issues that delayed the process and made everything more difficult. The people here at Cordova understood our difficulties and from the start they only wanted us to get what we needed whether it was with them or someone else. Heather helped us out in so many ways and gave us suggestions on other places to look. We could tell they cared about their tenants. This attention to care has spread through their entire staff and we have yet to have a negative encounter with them. The apartments might not be the biggest, it might be a bit pricey, but everyday my fiance tells me how happy she is to be living here because of the friendliness of the staff. After everything we went through with Hurricane Michael, that's the best we could ask for.
