    I have enjoyed living here. This is the very first time I have had an unresolved issue with the complex. I have lived here since 1998. I believe that there has been at least three ownership changes since I have been living here.

            Hi Natasha and Leidy - While we understand that you were not satisfied with the apartment, it is important to note that not all features are available in every apartment. For example, when you initially toured the community, you saw an apartment that had carpet in the bedroom and tan wood flooring in the main living space. The apartment you rented had all grey wood throughout. Upon expressing your concerns, we offered to address the concerns that you had and you agreed. We also offered for you to take another apartment that you expressed interest in. Ultimately, you declined both options.
