My initial experience was a disappointment because I was informed one hour before coming to get my keys that my apartment wasn't ready due to pests. Jennifer the property manager offered me another apartment on the first floor, but I said no because that would have been a big inconvenience. I signed an addendum that I understand there are live roaches, and that they will have pest control come out an extra day and weekly to fix the problem. During my transition, Ces went above and beyond to welcome me and addressed my concerns, helped me with my boxes, etc... Management fixed the problem by having pest control come out an extra day, and I haven't seen any pest again. It's a wonderful community and safe. The only thing I would change is better lighting outside the hallways of my apartment. It's a little dark. I would recommend living here. It's in a central location and close to a lot of stores.
