The bank screwed up my account and a check bounced. The bank refunded their fees and the $110.00 in Pines fines and was quite willing to talk to management to explain the their screw up - but no one in the office would have anything to do with it. Without letting me explain the whole situation, the manager FIRMLY said there was nothing she could do - it was corporate policy and I could never use anything but a money order in the future. I do not drive. I pay someone to take me on my errands. It is hard for me to walk, but I have to go to the bank every month to get a money order (which costs $5.00)for rent. The billpay checks worked fine for months but that makes no difference. This is REALLY an inconvenience to me.
Also, I have NEVER lived anyplace that has bugs (cockroaches) like this place has. I have done EVERYTHING I think of, except call in my own exterminator, to get rid of them. I have talked to others that live in the complex who also know other people living in different buildings and they say there isn't a building here without them. I am ULTRA clean. These things make me sick. I haven't told management because I was told when I signed the lease that if I called about bugs they would send someone out (which they do regularly anyway but their services must be inadequate) and I would be put on "The Bug List"!! What does that mean?
