I'm going on my 2nd year here. My roof has leaked through every storm (although they are finally fixing the roofs now). Parking is atrocious and you sometimes have to park buildings away from your apartment. One of my neighbors has 5 cars! Maintenance does not knock, but just walks in. The pest control guys are supposed to have someone with them when they enter, but do not. I always get ants the day after pest control comes, I then buy my own pest control items and they will be gone until pest control comes again. And i'm hearing that they will be getting rid of the elevators because they are too cheap to keep up with them. The security guys do show their presence at night, however, there in no reason to shine flashlights into my parked car. This apartment and complex is literally a s**thhole and it's embarrassing telling people you live here. If moving from the 3rd floor wasn't so much work I would have moved, but I guarantee i will not sign another lease in this overprice apartment.

Harlow at Gateway
This is definitely not the experience that we strive to create for our residents at The Harlow at Gateway, but we thank you for bringing it to our attention. We are in the process of replacing the roofs on all buildings to make sure our buildings are up to the best standards. One building has been completed and we are almost done with the second. This is a time-consuming process, but we are working on it. Additionally, due to issues we've had with pest control, we have switched vendors and a new pest control company started last week.
