I am writing today to agree with the last post for this property..I have been here a lil longer than the previous poster 2013 to be exact and these folks who own or manage were not here..when I signed my lease I was never ever told about the elevators going out. And as of current times to resign my lease I was never warned. Dont let their response fool you..everyone around here are complaining since the elevators are not working..people are afraid they will have to break their lease because that was something they liked, we had elevators..I met another Tennant bringing stuff up to his second floor complaining about going up the stairs he said when he came here the elevators were working that's why he signed here and it was never told to him they would be going out..they dont even have signs saying the elevators are out..you press the button and they dont open..some are being covered up to look like a elevator was not even there.. If u come here as a new Tennant and you know or were notified that they are out of order that's different..there are apartments around that dont have elevators but u know that coming in.. I am happy they are addressing the housekeeping situation because its horrible paying rent and not being satisfied with your living surroundings..the walls are dirty the floor to your apartment need spray washing..I dont even want to mention when it rains..the floors get flooded. I am happy to see the dog park and they are finally addressing the kids playground..I guess the previous writer didn't see that..its a plus.. I will give them a plus for working on the roof as well.. I guess if u dont like what's happening here you will have to move..
