Office Staff is pretty awful but the manager Cory is great! Maintenance is wonderful and respond quickly when the office puts the request in. The apartments are pretty decent considering. The price and location are what drew me in.

Overall the experience has been good. My main complaint is the lack of consideration of my neighbors who play loud, bass filled music at any given time of the day. Otherwise the complex is clean and maintenance takes care of our needs.

good common areas, lake, but the attention to solve problems with the apartments is very slow, you need direct attention with the problems of each apartment, you pay daily to have solutions up to date.

It's awful, the office staff does not care as long as they are collecting their money everything else is irrelevant to them. I have brought up my issue since the first day that I moved in, 4 months later it has not been resolved.

Herons Run Drive apartments are really nice. The architecture, the big trees, and the great staff make this place excellent. We have not needed to take the bus but the most central bus in Sarasota, on Fruitville Road, is just down the driveway.
