Pinecrest Arms Apartments
Resident · 2013 - 2014
When my boyfriend and I first moved here a year ago, we thought everything was great. Great location, very quiet, felt safe, maintenance and grounds up kept, no problems. However recently we have had a rodent problem, that hasn't been addressed properly, meaning we were giving traps and told to cross our fingers, pretty much. For about a month we've killed 2 mice almost daily. Parking has become an issue, we've been told we will now have to park on the street, if we have an extra car. Rent that was supposedly a fix rate has gone up. The owner himself (ross) is extremely rude and unreasonable, we avoid him if we can. He speaks to you like a child, very condescending. The apartment itself is very spacious. The grounds are maintained beautifully, but you pay for that every Monday morning (very noisy). If there is a problem maintenance wise, its fixed promptly. On-site laundry is alright, 4 washers and 3 dryers, usually your best bet is to do laundry at nighttime, since there are not enough machines. Location is great, and never have had a problem with neighbors, or security. Overall if you're willing to deal with this rodent problem, and willing to pay the same if not more than other, newer, apartments, then Pinecrest Arms is a decent place to live.
