Osceola Ridge gives you a false presentation of what to expect when you move in. The rooms are not fixed up before you move in, the staff is incompetent, and they make no effort whatsoever to make improvements on the apartment once issues are reported. I lived in Boardwalk @ Appleyard last year and while it was not the best apartment complex, Osceola Ridge makes it look like the Hampton. I originally moved in to the regular Osceola Ridge apartments and my apartment was in such horrible condition that I had to be moved to a Suite. The staff did not accomodate the situation and gave us no incentives whatsoever to pay 100 more dollars for the Suites. All in all, this place is not worth the money and most importantly, the time and effort.
