The following review is based off of a particular unit that is individually owned, yet managed by a property management company outside of the complex. The review is based on self experience and should not for any purpose be used to compare other units within the facility. Please do not assume that all units are up to par with the select unit mentioned in this review. The one bedroom, one bathroom unit that I recently leased is completely refurbished, redesigned, and updated to the standards that one would find at a newly built condominium residence. The paint is well applied, the crown molding is better than average, the flooring is well pieced and tight, the carpet new, and the cabinets and storage compartments cleaned, sanded, and stained. The unit comes with almost new washer/dryer (stacked), good condition stove / refrigerator / dishwasher, and new light fixtures. The living room is wood flooring, not the cheap kind. The bedroom, hallway, and dining room are carpet; a good, thick berber carpet (badge in color). The kitchen and bathroom, along with front entrance area are tiled. Overall, the interior is rather impressionable. Needless to say I signed the lease soon after I saw it for the first time. The unit is a second floor condominium, complete with two entrances, and new modern, energy efficient windows (no screens, which is how they are made). New blinds were included, the thick, wooden ones (white to match the bordering). Because the unit was individually owned and refurbished, it's quality is far better than most of the other units on the property, according to most of the previous reviews and the actual images I've seen of the place before remodel. As for the grounds, they could definitely use some work. The sidewalks are atrocious. The stone is coming up in pieces, causing a potentially severe trip-and-fall scenario for anyone not looking where they are going. Pest control is included in my rent, as well as my water and sewage. Parking is adequate, noise seems minimal, and the staff that I worked with (Structure Property Management) was wonderful! I cannot say anything about the complex's own management staff because I will not be or ever will be dealing with them at all. I'm looking forward to my time in my new condo and I look forward to following this review up with an even better one. Picture will follow shortly.
