After 3 years of Polo Club residency, let me be clear: Polo Club (and Collier Companies as a whole) does NOT care about you, the resident; they care about getting more residents. They will show you an apartment with stainless steel appliances, but guess what, the probability of you getting stainless steel appliances is the same as you getting 1990's appliances.
Polo Club and their owner, Collier Companies, are profit-maximizing firms. And just like every profit-maximizing firm, they will tell you whatever, and promise you whatever, as long as it generates some form of profit.
I have lived at Polo Club for 3 years. Believe me, they will relocate/deport you from your home, from your apt, if they think that they can make money by making your apt a 'model apt' for guests. Polo Club and Collier Companies will take advantage of you in any way that they can, as long as it generates profit.
Polo Club and Collier Companies doesn't care about you, the resident. They only care about getting more residents.
