Honestly, finding these apartments was the best thing that happened to me in Tallahassee. This is a total college town, so 99% of the apartments totally suck. The staff here is amazing, especially the manager, Christian, I highly recommend working with him. The maintanance man is a real gentleman and goes out of his way to make sure everything is done correctly the first time and as conveniently for the tenant as possible. This community is on the Northeast side of town, which is the best side to live on and a great location for anyone. Three bus routes go by every forty minutes, so travel in town is easy if you are without a car. The rent is between $600 and $700 a month which includes Cable and Washer and Dryer. The floor plan is excellent and the apartments are huge. I have lived here since the first year this community was opened. Parking is almost never a problem, and there are never problems with other tenants. This is a community of young adults, mostly young couples and professionals. There are NO students here!!!! This does not mean you cannot be in school, it just means you have to work full time too. That means the worst part of apartment living in Tally, (the students), are removed. Since I have been here, I have never had a single problem with another tenant. I know this is getting long, but I cannot stress how great this apartment community is. It is such a shame I have to relocate, because I doubt I will find a better place. If you are a noisy student, stay away! Don´t bring your burdensome lives here. If you are looking for a quiet community, this is the place!
