Horrible. The definition of professionalism does not compute with the "landlord". Avoid, Avoid, Avoid, at all costs. Shady as hell, and when a late payment is demanded, " it must be in cash!" ... should be news to the owners.... who've probably never seen a cent of it. Months without hot water, Months without heat, and the worst of it all- the owners don't even know how horrible their "employee' is!!! Now they might get a clue.
