Overall not bad, some improvement could be made. Weekend nights are quite shady with some of the teens maybe a bit over running around & jumping on porches & balconies. No security control what do ever.

Ascent Citrus Park community is quite good. Pet friendly, pool, jacuzzi, dog park and lots of parking available. This gated community offers the security and safety I was looking for, for my parents and myself.

So far so good, I've only been here for One day but everyone seems to be friendly. Look forward to see what the future hold here. The pool Looks nice to lounge by and all of my neighbors are really Nice and friendly so far

The condo is good, it works well and the staff are good too. However, the kind of rowdy neighbors who make a mess of everything, who are noisy and don't respect the rules are what have given Sheldon Rd condos a bad reputation.

ok, just ok too much money for the old and not updated apartments I have asked for upgrades as I know several have been, this has not happended as of yet; however the rent continues to go up in price we will see

It's been very good except for long maintenance on pool was closed for quite a while! The maintenance staff has resolved all my issues. It's not always quite here but overall a nice community I like living here

Not the worst area you can imagine but not the best one 5/10 from my perspective. Convenient location but some crazy people can be met in the neighborhood because its close to the big intersection and the crowdy gas station is a few steps by.

Old community, poor solutions for issues in unit has good open parking but not to safe and dark in common areas staff is friendly and responsive. Tech are ok sometimes are not is quiet at night but not secure

Great community and great staff! I recommend this community. I have tried several times to submit this but it will not submit unless I post a minimum of 200 characters. I hate this part, it killed the enthusiasm that I had.

Good, quiet community so far until recently. It's located in a friendly neighborhood and its being our first home in the United States. The maintenance staff is friendly and the size of the unit has help us adjust to our new lifestyle.
