All I can say is don't live here. Move in day was horrible! They had just started cleaning that day. The cleaning person left when we arrived , everything was dirty as hell. Piss all over the toilets, bathtubs were in disgusting condition. Kitchen was filthy. Cabinet drawers didn't fit. Appliances older than God. They don't even give you a free carpet cleaning when you renew your lease. They charge $50 for the weight room, which is an amenity. I think that is supposed to mean free? Super high garbage, water and sewer charges! Plan on spending another $ 100 to $150 tacked on to the rent that is already ridiculous for these broke down "luxury" apartments! Maintenance is sloooooow! Like months and years to get anything done!!! There are still things that need fixing after 2 years! There are no sound barriers between apartments. Noise levels with 7 people living above me is horrendous. The office doesn't do anything about it either!!!! You can literally hear your upstairs neighbor fart!! The only good thing that I can say is that it is sort of quiet outside. The bedrooms are huge, kitchen is small, no storage whatsoever, closets are very small, but they do spend ---- loads of money on the landscaping! To hell with the apartments and interiors!!! Im old and disabled, so moving is very hard for me. I am stuck for right now. I really wish we had never moved here! So much more to say about this place, but I'm tired of typing! Just do yourself a favor and don't live here! Research before you move into a place and talk to tenants before you go to the leasing office. All the employees here, with the exception of one, lie about everything!
