Enclave at Richmond Place

Well, it depends. I have mixed feelings about the apartment community. I did have my brand new car vandalized ( cost me a pretty penny to fix). Because of that incident I feel my car is unsafe so I decided to get a garage. The Garage is far from the building but it is definetly worth the safety of my car. Now as far as the safety for myself, that is another questionable part. I do feel that the parking area is not very well lit and it is possible to be assaulted. I just walk with care. As far as the apartment quality (construction), the building is in good condition but defintely there is room for improvement. Because of the 04 hurricanes there were some damages to buildings raging from roof issues to simple water damage. I did notice in my building there is still some things that have not been fixed. One major issue for me is the A/C. Last month the A/C in my apartment stopped working and the staff was pretty quick to fix it the first time, but the second time the A/C stopped working in the same month, they simply told me to wait because "A/C is a privilage in Florida". I am sorry but in my view, if I am paying rent for them to take care of the maintenance I REQUIRE my A/C to work. It is impossible to live in a apartment with 4 people and two (hairy) dogs without A/C. Later that same day the maintenance guy told me to that the A/C was going to be an issue every month. So would I recommend the Enclave at Richmond Place? It depends if you like all of the things listed above to happen to you.
