The community is nice and safe. I've enjoyed my time living at the Flats at 4200. My neighborhood is very nice and safe especially from the virus. I wouldn't want to live anywhere else. I hope that more people live here!

One of the worst complexes around campus. The amenities are bad, the staff doesn't care, easily maintained things are often broken or unable to use, parking is horrible, rent is too high for what you're getting.

Price is high for minimum standards of living. Barley any parking spots for general and the spots are very small. Issues with wifi multiple times throughout the years that take hours to get fixed. Bad communication with office staff sometimes.

Lease and renew would be flexible. When someone move out they should clean up the room and do sterilization. To avoid someone to stole others' stuffs, the cameras should be installed in hallways. It's publix area so I think it's okey for everyone.

I've only been here for a month and generally speaking, it's been less than optimal. Doesn't feel like anyone knows what's going on at any given time, there's barely any communication between staff and residents, and the resident portal is terrible.
