I am still happy with the location and neighborhood, and the maintenance staff is fantastic. Since the last change in office staff, however, it's basically impossible to reach the office. If you call all day, you will be lucky to get an answer one time, and even luckier if they don't just put you on hold and then hang up. Most of the time when you walk up, it's closed. They used to have two wonderful ladies staffing the front office, I looked forward to coming by to pick up my packages because they were so nice and friendly. Now when the guy who is normally at the front desk now is actually there, he will not greet you or even acknowledge you when you walk in, even if he is just typing on his computer or reading something. I've seen the way he interacts with prospective tenants as well, and I can't believe anyone would actually move in here after interacting with him. I'm strongly considering not renewing my lease after 5+ years here just because of how unpleasant it is to try to interact with the office now. Everyone has jobs and is busy, no one has time to call 20+ times to get an answer one time in order to deal with a simple issue. They also changed the number of the front office with no warning. Also, since the last change in management the gate is basically always broken. I don't see the point of having a gate if it's not going to work properly. It's become more of a nuisance than a safety feature. I have always loved living here, I can't believe it's gotten to a point where I can't recommend living here anymore. Very sad.

    IMT Tuscany Bay Resident, Thank you for taking the time to post your experience. I sincerely appreciate your feedback as a long-term resident and take all feedback seriously. Thank you for the compliment on our maintenance team as they work hard and are the backbone of this property. Our office number has not changed and is still 813-925-8411. I do apologize if it has been a challenge to call the office. We have been short staffed and are working to fill positions. The office should always be available when you need vis phone, email or walk in. I will speak to my leasing team directly to resolve this issue. Everyone that walks in the door should be greeted promptly with a smile. It is unacceptable that you did not have that experience. As far as the gate goes, we have had a few people run into it lately. When that happens, I have called and had the gate repaired as soon as the gate company could get out here. It is frustrating when an amenity is down even if it is for a short time. Please stop by when you have a chance. I would like to discuss any issues you may have.
