It is probably the most corrupt condominium associations around. No doubt, a forensic accountant should be engaged to perform an audit for the past 7 years. One star ratings are given, however a minus -1 would be application. Under educated board, maintenance personnel (father and son) stealing association products purchased from Home Depot and storing in personal garage for their "cash only" handyman business. Incompetent work performed. Also, all residents should be aware the Maintenance staff tries to sell Association services e.g., painting of garage doors, front doors, cleaning exterior to unsuspecting residents for cash. Really? Unfortunately, many owners have no clue and apathy is pervasive.
