Lived here for four years. The apartments are old. If you need something in your apartment to be changed or fixed expect to call the office more than once about the same problem, because when the maintenance people come all they do is a quick temporary fix and claim it's fixed. ( After living there for two years I asked for a new stove because the top of the stove I have was burned out all they did was gave me new burners, even when i told them that won't fix it, they only gave me a new stove after the top of the old one caught fire while i was cooking) (same thing with the electrical plug in the kitchen, sometimes i would plug something in and then the refrigerator would stop working, called the office about ten times all the maintenance does was turn the electrical breaker on and off and say problem fix, they only fixed it the correct way when I plugged my blender in and it start to spark fire.) Overall the office team is friendly, property is clean and quiet, but the rent is not worth it (they raised the rent recently, that's why i'm moving). Before you sign your lease make sure you see the apartment you are living in and do not go off the model they show you because you will be disappointed. If you like the feel of living in a house you will enjoy living here. Pay- Gas, water (will be on your monthly rent statement), renter's insurance, electric and so on....
