The Experience & Performance Intelligence Quotient ("epIQ") Index measures:
over the most recent 365 day period. The index is presented as a familiar letter grade format to help renters evaluate all aspects of life at a community.
SatisFacts, a sister company to ApartmentRatings, offers surveys that measure renters satisfaction at key points throughout the renter lifecycle: Touring, Move-In, Maintenance, and Lease Renewal. The questions from each survey type that are based on a 1-5 point scale are then added into the calculation of the community's epIQ Grade.
Not all communities use surveys and therefore may not have any survey information on their report card. These communities will show an "N/A" for their survey sections.

Thank you for taking the time to review our community. While we enjoy the mature traditional Florida Landscape surrounding the community, it can require extra landscape maintenance attention during growing seasons and most snakes seen are harmless and commonly found in Florida given all the wild habitat surrounding the community. We apologize for the inconvenience you have experienced. I understand the Fire station can be busy some evenings and unfortunately as they enter onto the 55 MPH highway use of truck lights and sirens is needed for the safety of other drivers and our neighborhood firemen. Thank you for your residency and feedback.
Update: Thank you for taking your time to give your feedback and community review. We have been super busy working on two construction projects for early 2019 in January & February. We regret you were inconvenience in your home. Windover Woods completed a community wide building valve project in February causing the water interruptions. This is great news as we will no longer need to interrupt community water service to complete apartment plumbing repairs. We do apologize for the down-time it takes to place an order for a new AC unit to be installed, especially when the process starts on a Friday. We do try to offer some relief with the portable unit which is helpful. We understand its frustrating when AC problems arise and appreciate your patience while we worked to restore the new Ac unit.

Thank you for taking the time to provide this valuable feedback. I am sorry to hear that your experience hasn't been a positive experience in some area's. I know that we all are very busy these days. I certainly understand that it can make it difficult to make it to the office to pay your rent prior to them closing. We did implement an on line payment service that you can use and pay with your checking account up to the 4th of the month at no additional cost to you. If you need the information again in regards to this service the office can provide that to you by either emailing the specifics or putting a letter on your door. If you would like to reach out to let me know what maintenance issues you are still experiencing I would be more than happy to help you resolve that.
