We have lived in Colony Park Apartments for several years. In all this time we have been good tenants. We never once paid our rent late and we never destroyed their property, in or out of the apartment. We have been exceptional tenants. However, We am highly disappointed at the way we are been treated. We asked for new appliances because the old one have literally been worn out and we are unable to use them. We feel that Colony Park has broken their contract with us because they fail to provide us with the working appliances that we pay an extra monthly service fee for. For several months now they have sent their handyman to attempt to fix the appliances without success. Meanwhile, Colony Park has consistently denied my request for new and working appliances. We hope that anyone who considers becoming a resident at Colony Park Apartments will think twice after reading my complaint.
