I can't wait to move I'm paying all of this money for rent but they won't even keep up with the maintenance they lie about when they would be out to do the order but never come I wouldn't recommend this property to anyone

Cockroaches live here too! You will be sharing your apartment with tons of them. They will not pay for pest control or anything maintenance sucks. The staff is dumb as hell and dont waste your money here.

Although we installed a new fence and enclosure earlier this year, people from the surrounding neighborhoods leave their trash here. It is the first thing Jervis does every morning.
