We lived in Sanctuary Cove for a year. In that time, our water heater broke and leaked water everywhere, soaking the dining room carpet of the apartment. I called maintenance many times and they never came. I was left to mop it up with towels and clean it with a carpet cleaner when the apartment started to smell like mildew. Then our freezer broke, spoiling all of the frozen meat in it. Once again, I called maintenance many times and they never came. There are a few nice people in the front office but the property manager is really two faced. She stopped us once and politely asked us to remove the items from our front porch, which everyone else has but since ours was visible from the street I guess we weren't allowed to keep anything there. We agreed to remove them and then came home from work the next day to a letter of eviction in 7 days if the items were not removed from our front porch immediately. Simply absurd! Oh and one other thing, this property in particular houses many transients who come over from other countries to work here for the season. Many of them are very nice and wonderful people, but there are some who are obviously selling/using drugs and a lot of undesirables started showing up in the complex and then things started disappearing. We happily left Sanctuary Cove and I would not recommend it to anyone.
