Penny Pinching: New management company are clearly focused on cutting costs at every opportunity, despite sole being marketed and priced as a "luxury" building. Parking tickets for any guest that isn't immediately registered, new "common area electricity" monthly charge ($320 annual), etc.

Standard has significantly dropped since new management company came into effect. - Leasing office staff unhelpful (rang 5 times to find out about added charges and was never given info / have requested a copy of my lease 3 times and have never received it) - new $360 annual charge for 'common area electricity' even though all common areas were closed and we were not notified of new charge (while other buildings in the area offered discounted rent due to amenities closed for Covid) - shower and tap water smells awful - 60 day notice period to move out prior to lease ending with no notification of when this is coming up (charge is a full months rent) Overall the service received with new management company is not worth the expensive monthly rent - other buildings in downtown west palm far better service and value.
