Verified Resident ā€¢ 2018 - 2019

I moved into Cranes Landing in December of 2018. The staff was very helpful and left the keys for me so that I move in during Chrismas Break when the main office was closed. My girlfriend and I moved into an unrenovated 1 bed/1 bath unit that was going for around $1100 a month. The renovated units seem to go for a few hundred dollars a month more. The only real issue I have had since moving in was all of the people smoking pot. My neighbor would have people showing up at all hours of the night and the whole area around our doors smelled like pot whenever he opened his door. When we moved up to the two-bedroom our carpets were ready to be replaced, but the complex wanted us to pay for the replacement. Other than that, Cranes Landing is pretty decent and most of the people are nice and have dogs.
