I'm still trying to figure out where the luxury is in these "luxury apts". I was shown one apt and advised while that was not the exact apt I would get, the apt I would get would be the same. It was not. It wasn't even clean! They did give me $130 credit for having to clean it myself. I would rather have had a CLEAN apt, especially since there is pandemic! There were so many things wrong with the apt that it didn't all fit in the move-in inspection form, not to mention a cockaroach infestation, and 6+ months later the majority of the issues still haven't even been addressed; those that have, have been "Jimmy rigged"/not properly fixed. Took about 2-3 months to get the roaches taken care of. I was in my last apt for 12yrs; left because while maintenance was great the office staff were horrible/rude. While the office staff here is GREAT, so far, I will not renew my lease after only 1yr due to the lack of proper and timely maintenance. I could have dealt with the old "bait & swich" IF they would have corrected the issues and done so in a timely manner.
