Good morning, Ashley! It is never our goal to have a residents vehicle towed! As discussed yesterday, the vehicle in question was parked in resident parking without a resident parking sticker. We have no way to identify a vehicle without the proper identification. In attempts to avoid this situation, we send our parking policy each month in the newsletter as well as a parking reminder to avoid vehicles being towed. We are happy to proactively provide temporary parking hang tags for our residents in situations such as driving a rental, and we do ask that you temporarily use guest parking or the leasing office if you are unable obtain a temporary pass. I am sorry that this situation has occurred.

Good afternoon, I'm sorry to hear that you did not have a good experience while living in our community. We highly value cleanliness of our community and work to resolve any issues as soon as possible. I apologize there was trash left outside of the compactor by residents overnight, but any trash left is removed immediately first thing every morning. Our maintenance team is also available to address any issues you may have experienced with your appliances. Most are new and are able to be repaired quickly. Regarding the tow of your vehicle, we have very clear parking policies in place which are provided at move in, reminders given throughout your residency, and also signage within the community. Our residents receive a parking sticker at move in so that we can identify the vehicle as a residents. We do have a parking monitor and towing company in place for those who violate those parking rules. I'm sorry to hear that your vehicle was towed on three separate occasions due to violation of those policies. We're happy to speak with our residents regarding any issues in the community, so that we can work to provide a positive living experience to all. I apologize that we were unable to address your concerns during your time with us. We wish you the best in your new home!
