Hello, Your review has been received, and we sincerely apologize that we have not left you with a positive experience. We strive to provide friendly customer service and proficient maintenance services to our residents and we sincerely apologize if we have not exceeded our standard of excellence. The team and I immediately walked building 12000 yesterday and we removed the waste, however, we were not able to locate the mattress you reported behind the building after thoroughly walking the front and back of the buildings in that area. I will send out a reminder email to pet owners about their responsibility to remove their pets' waste. We have conveniently placed doggie stations for all pets owners to use and assist us in keeping the community clean and beautiful. While we encourage residents to pick up after their pets, we additionally have our maintenance team actively patrol the grounds throughout the day to pick up any trash, debris, and pet waste that may be present. We would be happy to assist you with any troubles you are having with Parcel Pending; please see us in the Leasing Center office for help. The best way to expedite maintenance requests is to submit a maintenance request through the My IMT Resident Portal. There, you can submit and check the status of any maintenance requests. All residents in the community receive water bills. I would love the opportunity to speak to you in person to help you resolve any concerns you have about me as a Manager or about the community. Hello, Your review has been received, and we sincerely apologize that we have not left you with a positive experience. We strive to provide friendly customer service and proficient maintenance services to our residents and we sincerely apologize if we have not exceeded our standard of excellence. If you can kindly notify the office or me of your building number we will immediately remove all dog waste that is seen in the area. We have placed several new doggie stations for our residents' convenience and also send out weekly emails reminding residents of their responsibility to pick up after their pets. These receptacles are emptied on a daily basis to assist in keeping the grounds clean. Our maintenance team does walk the grounds every morning to also remove any trash, debris, and pet waste that may be present throughout the community. I apologize if some areas have been missed and we will work on being more detailed and thorough to eliminate those missed areas.
