I moved in the end of October and I commend Jill and Mandy for all their efforts. The unit is nicely decorated and the amenities are good. You are within walking distance of the grocery store, restaurants, etc, with a 12 min drive to expressway. I did have some issues at move in, but maintenance was always very responsive and took care of everything. However, the cable and Internet installation was a nightmare, and had I known these issues (especially since I work from home from time to time) this would have impacted my decision to move here. I've never dealt with a 3rd party for cable. They are improving connectivity/speed but there are limitations due to the older wiring that wasn't part of the upgrade. While I now have service, my wireless is greatly affected. The grounds are kept pretty clean for the most part, but the stairs and breezeway should be cleaned more frequently (understand outside) especially with the amount of yellow residue (pollen) that's at the door some mornings. The clubhouse is great but no 24 hour access. And to have a gated community that resembles a "resort style" atmosphere is a added bonus. Overall good value with a responsive team.
